CHAMPIONSHIPS AT- BRISBANE. WELLINGTON COMPETITOR'S SUCCESS. [rHES3 ASSOCIATION.] (Received August 10, 9.52 a.m.) The final heats of the Boxing Champioi.ships have resulted as follows: — Bantam weights— Cautwell (Queensland) beat Baird (New Zealand) on points. Light weights— Williams (New Zealand) beat Gorman. {New South Wales) on points. Williams won the light-weight championship at Wellington last month, and the special medal for the moat scientific boxer.
