[BY TKLECIIUI'n — riIESS ASSOCIATION.] HAMILTON, This Day. At fho Now, Zculund Loan and Mercantile Company's nnnunl spring horse sale' at Cambridge, over 800 horses were offered. Competition wns very brisk and prices ruled very much in vendors' favour for all classes of horses. Somo 250 draught horses wero drSpnbcd of, a good number realising £50 and even £53, many others making £40 and over. Despite tho presenco of buyers from Christohureh, PalmeMton North, and other outside districts, higher figures wero given by local purchasers. Active draughts were bought in largß numbers by Mr. W. Hawkins, of Chrblchurch, and others.
