The House met at 2.30 p.m. Mr. Bollard gave notice to ask whether the Government will assist the fruit-can-ning indiiHlry by bonus or otherwise. Mr. Kidd gave, notice to ask the Government if it will grant a reduction in railway fares to hospital nurses. Mr. Ell gave notice to ask whether the Government will take a referendum of tho people on the question of Legislative CouuciJ reform. (Left sitting.)
