INVERCARGILL, This Day. At an inquest an Patrick M'Carthy, who fell from an excursion train into tha harbour, tho evidence hhowed that he was under the influence of drink when leaving tho Bluff. Tho doctor stated drowning was tho causo of death, although tho injurios might havo had a fatal teiv mjnation. The enquiry was adjourned.
