Tho Union 'Company has been advised by its Melbourno agont that, owing to the outbreak of smallpox in Wellington, no passengers from New Zealand u:an land in. Melbourne unless they have been sue- I cessfully vaccinated within - two years. Other passengers must go into' quarantine until fifteen days havo elapsed since they were vaccinated. Foiling vaccination they will be quarantined for fifteen days from their arrival.
