FIRES.
o (BT TELERBAPH — OWN CORRESPONDENT.) MASTERTON, This Day. A six-roomed house, occupied by Mr. A. E. Green and owned by Mr. J. Elliott, was destroyed by fire last night. There was an insurance on the furniture of £75, and on the house of £125. [fbess association. 1 ASHBURTON, 22nd July. The dwelling of Mr. Arthur Wilson, at Wimslow, and its contents, were destroyed by fire yesterday. The origin is unknown. The building, which belonged to Captain Coleman, was insured in the Phoenix Office for £300. The contents were not insured.
