♦ • ORDER RESTORED. [PBESB ASSOCIATION. 1 LONDON, 15th November. The second-class British cruiser Furious, and the third-class cruisers Pactolus and Prometheus, which had been sent to Tetuan, on account of the threatening attitude of the Kabyle tribesmen, have returned' to Gibraltar. The Kabyles, who had killed several British subjects and had demanded the release of prisoners, sued for pardon. The excitement at Tetuan has subsided.
