LORD MILNER'S TOUR.[press association.] LONDON, 15th November. The Standard states that Lord Milner starts on the 25th inst. on a three-weeks' tour of Orange River Colony. He will meet Mr. Chamberlain at Volksrust. Rand business houses are enquiring as to the possibility of introducing Chinese labour.
