EMPEROR WILLIAM.
HIS DEPARTURE FROM SANDRINGHAM. [pbess association.] (Received November 17, 8.55 a.m.) LONDON, 16th November. King Edward and Emperor William were loudly cheered between Sandring.ham and Wolferton, many thousands of people lining the roads. The Norfolk" Yeomanry escorted their Majesties, while volunteers lined the route. It is stated that the Emperor reached Clifton at 5 o'olock, and drove from Lonsdale to Lowther.
