The market rat 9of discount for best three months' bills is unchanged at 3£ per cent. The JEiank of Idugland rate is 4 per cent., as against 3£ per cent, on the 6th February. COLONIAL AND OTHER PRODUCE. Wheat.— Tb:e markets aye quiet but steady, tho Continent is slightly firmer; cargoes are neglected, Californian Novem-ber-December shipment 30s 3d per quarter, c.i.f. Sugar. — Germaa beet, 88deg., Id higher, at 7s 6d per cwt; first mark granulated, f.o.b. Hamburg, unchanged, at 8s 7d per cwt. Bradford Tops. — The market is active; forty-sixes are quotec l at ll^d per lb. THE PRICES m METALS. Copper. — Spot, 11s 3d lower, at £51 10s per ton ; three months'', 23s 9d lower, at £51 3s 9d per ton. Tin.— Spot, 67s 6d kwer, at £117 per ton : three months', 70s lower, at £115 per ton. Pigiron. — Glasgow warrants, No. 1 cash, 9d lower, at sbs 6d per ton, f.o.b. in Clyde. Lead, Is 3d higher, at £10 15s per ton. The imports for the past month totalled 21,498 tons, including 4514 tons Australian; tho exports amounted to 4491 tons. Spelter, £19 11s 3d per ton. Silver, Is lOJd per oun«oe.
