fPHESS ASSOCIATION. I (Received November 13, 10.53 a.m.) HOBART, This Day. Parliament was opened by Commission yesterday. Mr. VV\ B. Propsting moved an amendment to the Address-in-Reply condemning the prorogation, and favouring an appeal to the electors before new taxation was imposed. The Address-in-Reply was carried by a majority of 5.
