The trial was resumed of Kcrr and Pengelly, chief and second engineer reipectively of tho steanior Chinjjtu, who were charged on tho information of ihree Chinese members of the crew with the murder at sea of a trimmer named Lw-heug. Tho ovidenco of tho officers of the vessel went to disprove tho story of the Chinese. Prisoners were committed for trial. Boil (which vw refused on Friday) was tllowed.
