CHARGE OF MURDER.

[BT TELEGRAPH — PRESS ASSOCIATION.] NAPIER, 10th August. A man named John. Hutchison, a wagoner, residing at Puketapu, was found dead at the Albion Hotel about 10 o'clock on Saturday. Deceased had come to town to witness the Coronation festivities. He was seen lying on the sofa in the public sitting-room of the hotel about 8.30 p.m., apparently asleep, but later was found lying laco downwaids on the floor. A doctor was sent for, who pronounced life to be extinct. Thk Day. John Culshaw, aged 27, was arrested to-dar on a charge of murdering John Hutchison on Saturday. Culshaw and deceased were >een conversing together near the Albion.Hotel, and a little while after Hutchison "w»* found in a tmconscious condition. He was carried into the hotel, where he died.
