MR. KRUGER.
The Boer delegates to America were to report on the possibility of Mr. Kruger's paying a visit to the United States. Hi» physical condition is stated to be excellent, and, if the weather and the time of the passage wero carefully selected it would, according to medical udvice, not fatigue him to such an extent that a collapse need be feared. The ex-President himself was stated not to look forward to the contingency of 'this journey with a P y -J? reat P^asure, but if pressure is brought on him, and it is explained to him that he is simply following the call of duty to his people, it is not unlikely that he will acquiesce.
