DUTIES ON SHIPS' STORES.
CASE AGAINST THE. P. AND O. COMPANY. [press association.] (Received November 21, 9.30 a.m.) MELBOURNE, This Day., The action of the Minister of Customs against the P. and O. steamer Oceana for breaking the seals placed by the Customs officials on the ship's stores .came before Mr. Justice Hood yesterday on a summons. The claim was for £100 for entering a port with broken seals, and £50 for using stores while the ship was within territorial waters. By consent of both parties the case was referred to the full Court.
