GOOD WISHES FROM THE GERMAN PRESS. [>KE3S ASSOCIATION.] BERLIN, 11th September. The semi-official North German Gaaelto emphasises the importance of dynastic intimacy in political affairs, and adds: — "Europe is grateful to the Tsar for tho general situation, thus allowing Germany to offer sincere good wishes at Dantzig on the Tsar's further journey." (Received September 12, 9.30 a.m.) BERLIN, 11th September. The Tsar has sailed for Dantsic, on the Baltic, aud the Tsaritsa for Kiel, capital of the province of Schleswig-Hol-stein.
