In our issue of Saturday we published the statement of claim in Bouvy v. the Count de Cotltte. In regard to this matter w& wish it to be clearly understood thai the particulars as published are contained in the copy of the writ filed in the. Further, we are informed by the Count de Courte that the statement of. claim, in so far as it reflects upon him, » is entirely erroneous and contrary to fact.
