TARATAHI-CARTERTON RACES. An excellent day's racing took place on the Taratahi course yesterday. The fialds were large, the weather deughtful, and the contests keen. Thanks 'to the energy of the club, a new grandstand had been provided to replace the one that was burned down a few weeks ago, and it was well patronised by the puo.ie The results of the contests were as folloiws: — .
