THE SOUTHERN VICEROYS.
INDEPENDENT ACTION AGAINST THE COURT. f LONDON, 27th October. The Berlin correspondent of the Daily News states that the Southern Viceroys sought and obtained from the allies a promise of assitance against the Court. Admiral Seymour proceeds to Nankin and Wu-chang to confer with them.
