While powder was being removed from a magazine to the westward of Mukden, on the . Trans-Manchuria railway, a Chinese infernal machine exploded, lulling 26 Cossacks. LONDON, 28th October. When the Russians captured Mukden they found copies of the Chinese Governor's proclamation of war agfcinst all foreigners, as well as evidence of the subsequent massacre by Boxers of four hundred Chinese converts. t
