DUNEDIN, 26th Ootober. At the inquest on the body of John Thomson, a fireman, who died from injuries to the head, received through falling from the engine of a train on Monday, no evidence was forthcoming to show how he fell. The driver said he was looking out watching the side rods nnd when. 1 he looked up he found his mate missing. .He stopped the train, and the man was picked up. The jury returned a verdict of Accidental Death.
