ARREST OF ONE OF THE BOER DELEGATES.
MR. WOLMARA..O BREAKS HIS OATH. (Rceived July 21, 9.50 a.m.) LONDON, 20th July. Mr. J. M. A. Wolmarans, the member of the 'Transvaal Executive, who went to Europe and America as one of the Boer Peace Delegation, took the oath of neutrality on his return to his home at Hatherley, near Pretoria. For breach of his undertaking he has now been, arrested, arms having been discovered concealed in his residence, as well as six thousand bars of gold (Y6OOO Oz of bar gold)*
