REVOLT IN BRITISH BORNEO.

SOME SEVERE FIGHTING. [press association.] (Received May 30, 9.30 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. News has been received that another revolt occurred in British North Borneo early in the present month. Two hundred rebels attacked Kudat, a town in the extreme north of the island, and captured a powder magazine and a Maxim gun. Two policemen were killed and six wounded in the engagement, while fifteen Chinese were killed. At a later stage a party of Sikhs recaptured the magazine and the machine gun, and shot two of the leaders of the rebels, besides about twenty others.
