FOUNDERING OF A STEAMER.
TWENTY-TWO LIVES LOST. [PEESS ASSOCIATION.] (Received Jauuary 5, 9.20 a.m.) LONDON, 41 h January. A maritime disaster is reported from the north-west coast of Spain, the steamer .Borghese having foundered off Cape Finisterre. Of her crew only nine escaped drowning, the number of lives lost being twenty-two.
