LORD BRASSEY'S RACING YACHT.

Lord Brassey, Governor of Victoria, who is about to return to England, his term of" office being near its end; has sold his racing yacht Helen to Mr. G. F. Garrard. [The Helen is a five-rater yacht, of cutter rig, which Lord Brassey, whose euthusiasm for sea-sport is well known, has had built in Sydney during his sojourn in the colonies. She hits been the biggest prize-winner of lato years in the races held under the auspices of the Royal Yacht Club of Victoria, of which Lord Brassoy is Commodore. The retiring Governor, by the way, intends to return Home in his famous sea-going yacht, the Sunbeam.]
