THE SPANISH PRISONERS. AGUINALDO'S TERMS REJECTED.
Madbid, 6th February. The Spanish Government has refused to consider Aguinaldo's offer to ransom the Spanish prisoners held by him for 500,000 dollars and to surrender a large quantity of guns and ammunition, believing that for Spain' to do so woujid be an infringement of the treaty with the United States.
