♦ FURTHER DISCLOSURES AT THE INQUEST. [PEESS ASSOCIATION.] (Received January 31, 9.30 a.m.) Melbourne, This Day. The inquest on the body of Mabel Ambrose, seamstress, whose remains were found ftoatiug in the Yarra enclosed in a boot trunkja few weeks ago, was resumed yesterday. Thekla Dubberke (or Jamieson), who made the confession that led to the arrest of Olga Radalyski (or Ledebur) and Travice A. Tod on the charge of murder, iras severely cross-examined, but her original evidence remained unshaken. She stated that on the morning of the girl's death, while Tod was in the house, Radalyski borrowed au instrument from her. Robert Gabriel, assistant in a patent medicine store, deposed that a few days before Ambrose's death Tod bought an instrument from him. He also purchased a certain herb for Tod, who told witness that it was to be used on Ambrose. "Witness recognised the head of deceased, but did not tell the detective because he wished to get something from Tod.
