« [by telegraph — preßs association.] Christchurch, This Day. At the bowling tournament the final of the Rink Match resulted— Taieri (Carswell, skip), 26 ; Christchurch (Barnett, skip), 17. The final of the Championship Doubles resulted — Mackie and Carswell (Taieri), beat W. Parsons and Dr. Brittin (Christchurch), by 22 to 14.
