[press association.] (Received January 28, 9.55 a.m.) Pekin, 27th January. Hsu Ching Ching, formerly Chinese Minister to Russia, and who was recently appointed a member of the Tsung-li Yaraen, or Chinese Board of Foreign Affairs, has been removed from the Tsung-li Yamen, and replaced by the Director of the Northern Railway Compauy. Hsu Cuing Chiug is accused of maladministration. Sir Claude Mac Donald, British Minister, insists on an impartial investigation of the case and his re-instatement if the charges are not proved. The German Minister supports Sir Claude MacDouald's attitude.
