The portion of the Seaham colliery which baa been kept sealed since the disastrous explosion of August, 1895, has just been reopened. It will require the expenditure of a large sum of money to place it in working order. Melbotjbne, This Day. During the year 558 schedules of insolvency were filed, being 137 less than last year. _________________
