BEN TILLETT'S RETURN TO ENGLAND.
MR. ANDREW COLLINS AS A PROPHET. [PBTCSS ASSOCIATION.] I (Received September 27, 1.16 p.m.) London, 26th September. A gathering of members of the Dock and Wharf Labourers' Union welcomed Ben Tillett on his return from Australasia. Mr. Andrew Collins, of the Wellington Trades Council, declared that if the dockers would reorganise for a fresh strike New Zealand would assist them.
