[BY TELEGBAPH— OWN COEEESPONDENT.I Mastebton, This Day. Mr. T. E. Taylor, M.H.R., is expected to lecture here on Saturday, the Bth October. Heavy rain and cold weather quite spoilt the Masterton horse parade on Saturday. A private cable message received here states that Dr. Archer Hoskiug has left Klondyke, and is expected to reach New Zealand in a fortnight.
