A STEAMER RUNS AMUCK.
THREE COLLISIONS WITHIN A FEW MINUTES. |_PEESS ASSOCIATION.] Melboubne, 24th September. The steamer Arawatta (a vessel of 2H4 tons, belonging to the Australasian United Steamship Company) collided with the China steamer Chiug Tv in the Yarra. The latter was struck amidships, and was considerably damaged. The Arawatta then ran into a lighter, and also carried away a portion of the wharf. '
