A TITLE FOR JVfrß>-GURZON. [PBESS ASSOCIATION.] Lsndon, 24th September. The Right Hon. G. N. Curzon, till lately Under - Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, and who has been appointed Governor-General of India, has been created an Irish Peer. [In the course of nature Mr. Curzon will, if he lives, become a Peer of the United Kingdom, for he is heir to his father, Baron Scarsdale, who is now 62 years of age.]
