ASSOCIATION.
Third-claSwS Championship. The concluding match of the season between the Diamonds and Red Cross was won by the latter by 5 goals to nil, the scorers being E. Gamble (3), Johns, and Earle. The Red Cross are returned this season, as they were last, the winners of the Thirdolass Championship. Their goal record is an exceptionally good one. They have scored 59, whilst 2 have been registered against them ; they have played 10 matches aud won 10. The Excelsiors, the runnersup, are 4 points behind. The Albions showed far better form than usual in their match against the Swifts, and were returned the victors by 4 goals to 3.
