THE TWO FLEETS GETTING CLOSE TOGETHER. (Received May 2, 9.40 a.m.) Hongkong, Ist May. The Spanish Philippine Squadron is lying off Cavite, a fortified seaport 10 miles south, west of Manila, while Admiral Dervey's fleet has been sighted off Bolinao, some 60 miles to the north of Cavite.
