[press association.] London, 28th April. At the annual meeting of the Shaw, Savill, aud Albion Shipping Company the balance-sheet showed a profit of £26,793. A dividend of 5 per cent. Avas declared, aud a sum of £5000 added to the fund for equalising the dividend. A sum of £2255 was carried forward. | 29th April. The balance-sheet of the Australian and New Zealand Mortgage Company shoAvs a debit balance of £13,017. The directors attribute this to the drought in Australia.
