DELAY OF THE UNION CO.'S BUILDING SCHEME.
[BY TELEGBA.PH— PHEBB ASSOCIATION.] "Dunedin, 24th September. The Union Steam Ship Company has received intimation that, in consequence of the great strike of engineers having extended to Dumbarton, there will be some delay in the delivery of the company's new steamer Eotoiti, now being built for the trade between Wellington and Onehunga. It is not expected, however, that the delay will be serious, as the vessel must be nearly completed.
