The employers state that the dockers of England have advised the acceptance of the terms offered to the strikers, though it is only a semblance of success, and though the men will have better prospects when Mr, Tom Mann has organised the ports on the Continent. . Brussels, sth. December, The Chamber of Deputies has rejected a motion tabled condemning the attitude of the Government in expelling from Antwerp the British Labour delegates who were advocating a strike. The members of the Government intimated that they were determined that foreigners be not allowed to disturb the peace.
