Another accident has occurred at the M'Evoy mine, Eldorado, the scene of the recent suffooation of a number of miners through an influx of " slum." A loud explosion of firedamp extinguished all lights, and threw numbers of men abont. Timbers were scattered in all direotions and the workings greatly damaged. The utmost confusion prevailed, as the , miners believed there wonld be another inrush of water. ; Fonr facemen named Harris, Caipsad, Hall, and Lawrie were burned about their faces and heads, Harris seriously.
