I.BT TIUQBAPH.— F3CBS ASSOCIATION.] Auckland, 27th August. A man named Neil JoynL, 65 years of age, was found dead in bed to-day at a boardinghouse in Nelson-street. Deceased ia said to be a brother of the well-known solicitor at Christohurota, and also related to the Prinoipal of Nelson College. For tbe last six months he was in feeble health. While engaged in picking np stones from a poddook on Monday morning, he became tired, and went inside bis house and lay down, dying- a few minutes afterwards. A verdict was returned in aooordanoe with the medical testimony, viz., that the cause of 'death was an apopleotio fit. A rider was added that Borne measures should be taken to prevent the so-oalled Chinese dootor from practising upon the natives. ___^_______
