[PRESB ASSOCIATION. I (Received August 27, 11.20 a m.) Hobabt, This Dat. Heavy rains are general in this colony. Muoh damage has been done to the hops and other orops. There are floods on the low-lying lands. The railway lines have been washed out in placea. The pior at Wynyard has been damaged.
