Some of theartiole* are very teautdful and rare, Deing tho products of Japanese artists in their quaintest moods, particularly two handsome lacquer screens— one inlaid with floral and other deigns in mother-of-pearl and ivory, and the other band-pain ted; a pair of carved oabinets, a cherry Uoquor writing deak, inlaid tables, cloi«onn<! bronie vases (one magnificent pair standing tit high), aud a beautiful little cloisonnd-top tablo cunningly attcd.wttb drawers. Then there Are some of the oddettneure panels and piotnres, brackets, embroidered designs, screens, toja, a dainty lot of tea sets of the finest ware, almost transparent, and heap* of nick-naoks detir to the heart* of .ladies.
