In the aotion brought by the Inveroargill Garrison Band to recover .£IOO, being the 1 first prize in the contest held last Ootober, i the Stipendiary Magistrate (Mr. Poynton) i nphold the aotion of the Protest Committee, I whioh disqualified the band on the ground . that two players were notbonafide members. . The plaintiffs elected to take a nonsuit.
