THE SHAH Z ADA REFUSES TO BUDGE. [PEISS ASSOCIATION.] London, 22nd August. The prolonged Btay of the Sbabzada (Nasrullah Khan, son of the Amoer of Afghanistan), is vexing the Government. It is reported he is afraid to return until the Ameer is allowed direot diplomatic representation in London. (Reoeived August 23, 11 a.m.) London, 22nd August. The Shabzada will await the decision of the Imperial Government respooting Afghan representation. He leaves for India next week. [SFKOIAL.] London, 22nd August. _, The Shahzada has delayed his departure, after taking leave of the Queen five weeks ago. Hints on the aubjeot are of no avail. He does not leave Dorchester House, and refuses to see any officials. Fearing an attaok, he has laid in a store of arms. It is understood that tbe Ameer has ordered him to wait until the British Government agreed to accept a permanent Afghan Embassy, instead of requiring all communications to be made through the Vioeroy of India.
