• fPBJtSS ASSOCIATION. | Adelaide, 21st August. M. Bruin, head of a French firm, has arrived from Paris to enquire into the exportation of Australian produce to Franoe. He holds a oommicßion from the French Government in the matter. Melbourne, 21st August. Mr. Murray has introduoed a Bill to suppress betting of all olasses in streets and other pnblio places. The Conrt has authorised the Hqnidator-of the City of Melbourne Bank to make oertain necessary payments in connection with a nnmber of properties owned by it, including Mirabool and Temovyi estates in New Zealand.
