Mr. Chamberlain, Secretary ot State for tho Colonieß, in reply to a deputation, refused to re-open the question of tho cesaun of Swaziland. The Government must, he said, preserve the continuity i f I,o'icy. They could not interfere with tho lioer " oommandeering," but they would protect tho Swnzis in other respects under the terma of the Convention.
