TBS BiNX COMHITTBI. The Bank Committee presented interim reports to both Houses this afternoon asking that the Committee ba made a seoret Co"mmittee. In the Council the Hon. Mr. Montgomery moved, on behalf of the Governmen*, to add the names of the Hons. W. C Walkor, J. D. Ormond, and W. Jenning3 to the Committee, and to make the Committee secret. In the Lower House the Premier moved a similar motion, and to add the named of Messrs. Finkerton, Fraser, and Miller.
