There was a fine mußter of the Guards at the Government parade lost evening, 55 of all ranks being present, under Captain Patorson and Lieuts. Dnthie and Harcourt. Lient. -Colonel Newall expressed pleasure at tho way in whioh the officers and men were attending to their duties. The company was exercised by Sergtr.-Major Finn in aiming, position, and physical drill. The following were eleoted as Shooting Committee for the ensuing season :— Sergts. Lacey and J.ove, Pvt. A. Ballinger, Corpl. Homer, Lance-Corpl. Henderson, and Pvt. Jumes.
