CITY of MELBOURNE BANK.
[[•UKSB ASSOCIATION ] (Recoived August 16, 10.40 a.m.) London, 15th Augnst. The City of Melbourne Bank Depositors' Committee had a conference with Mr. Stewart, Official Receiver, and decided that they were willing to disouss a re-arrange-ment with the Bank, but would decline to in any way depirt from their amended scheme. They insist that Kngliah oontrol is eesential, and desire that the investigation of the ao .onnts shall proceed.
